If you need to take away or add package credits for a purchased package, you've come to the right place. You may need to do this if someone didn't have a chance to use their package before class and you need to redeem a credit for them, or you would like to refund a credit usage.

Refunding a Credit
Once you're on the purchased package detail page, press the "Usage History" tab to see all the usages of the purchased package. Find the usage you'd like to refund and press the "refund" button.

Removing Credits From a Package
To remove credits, press the "Adjust Package Credits" button. This brings up a pop-up that allows you to adjust the number of remaining credits and add a note for the adjustment.
